A focused 90-minute working session built around your specific product direction challenge. You complete the Grove evaluation beforehand so I can get up to speed on your business and we spend our time on what actually matters.

  Before we meet, you fill out Grove's Product Strategy Evaluation. It gives me the context I need to get up to speed on your product, your stage, and where you are stuck.

  I familiarise myself with your business and come prepared. No cold starts, no time spent on background.

  90 minutes focused on 1–2 of your biggest product direction questions

  We go deep on the specific decisions or challenges that matter most right now, not a broad sweep of everything. Need to cover more ground? We can book additional sessions, or the Product Strategy Evaluation Review is a good fit if you want a deeper written assessment of where your full strategy stands.

  A short summary of what we covered and the key next steps to act on, plus the session recording.
